Shipping and Delivery of Elica Products

Delivery Details
Delivery in Italy: Products are delivered within 2-3 business days from shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery in Europe: Products are delivered within 3-5 business days from shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery Attempts
In Italy: The courier will always make 3 delivery attempts to the destination address.
International: The courier will make 1 delivery attempt. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the courier's depot.
Delivery Verification
The customer must verify, at the time of delivery, that the product's packaging and/or box is intact, undamaged, and not wet or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging or box must be immediately reported by making a note on the courier's delivery proof and communicated to the seller via registered mail or equivalent technology.
