The ceramic filter is a modular carbon filter that regenerates thermally in the oven every 6 months, up to a maximum of 3 years with daily use, restoring its filtering capacity with each cycle. The modular ceramic structure is designed to capture even the most persistent cooking odours: fried food, fish, strong spices.

How do you regenerate it? Remove the filter from the hob, place it in a hot oven, let it cool down completely and refit it.
